BASIC FEATURES:

Our booth is what's known as an 'open air photobooth'.  This means that it is a freestanding unit mounted on a stand and you can move around the unit freely.  These are some of the basic features of using our photobooth:

• Mounted ring light to provide neutral lighting to photos, even in darker areas.

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT?

We mention several times on our website that our booth is both affordable whilst remaining high quality.  So how are we able to do this?   The answer lies in two primary factors...

CONSTRUCTION VS PURCHASE:

If you've done any research into hiring a photobooth, you'll soon find that they can be hugely expensive!  This is due to the extreme cost of purchasing a pre-made photobooth, usually in a package from a business supplier.  A quick Google search will show how crazy expensive these toys are!

Because we wanted to create a product suitable for kids and adults, we were forced to custom design the hardware using inspiration from pre-made booths.  Although the process was highly time consuming, the finished product came at a much lower investment cost. 
​   

CHOICE OF CAMERA:

Ask yourself a question... for your formal wedding photos, would you rather your photographer use a high quality SLR camera, or their iPhone?  No doubt you would select the first option!  But to get some fun selfies on the go, would you still choose the first option and the high costs associated?

Photobooths have been around for a long time and traditionally use SLR cameras in their hardware, but digital image capture technology has come a LONG way in the past 10 years.  So much so, that most YouTubers and social media influencers just use their phone cameras for content. 
​We use this same approach and opt to use a 4k digital USB camera in our booth, breaking the typical SLR camera tradition which we feel is very dated.  After all, isn't the purpose of a photobooth to get some fun photos with friends?

With both of these key points explained, the short answer of affordability is that the construction costs of our booth were much lower than others whilst still providing quality results.  And these are savings that we pass onto our customers.
