WHAT TO EXPECT USING OUR BOOTH

There are many photobooth providers out there, each offering different features and unique selling points.  Let's outline a few of ours to give a better idea of our services.

RELIABILITY AND GUARANTEE OF SERVICE:

We ensure to arrive extra early at all of our bookings in case of unexpected delays such as heavy traffic.  This means we aim to arrive roughly one hour in advance even though the equipment setup only takes roughly half that time.

We also work on the principle that we only receive full payment for providing a full service to you that you are happy with.  In the extremely unlikely event that we are unable to provide our services for any reason (including if you cancel your event for an unexpected cause) you will receive a full refund and no cancellation penalties.

QUALITY AND AFFORDABLE:

We aim to provide a great quality service, but still at a cost that doesn't drain your bank balance.  

When exploring photobooth services for your next function, the hiring costs can very quickly become overwhelmingly expensive.  Due to a combination of factors, we are able to provide significant financial savings to you whilst still ensuring you receive a quality product and highly engaging experience.

FLEXIBILITY OF INCLUSIONS:

When booking a photobooth, often there are set inclusions such as how many hours of service you are provided and what the package includes.

We provide flexibility by having a standard booking include up to 3 hours use and then you can add additional time if you choose.  We also have the option to include a backdrop with your booking, or you can utilise the service with no backdrop or simply provide your own.

These options allow you to make selections for your ideal amount of service time in the event that you don't want a photobooth for the entire length of your function, and allow you to save on costs if you are working within a budget.  It's always nice to be given choices!

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

With your photobooth booking, there is flexibility in your options to help you keep within your budget and still have a fun memorable experience.  Your operator will arrive at your event early to begin the equipment setup, and stay at the end to pack it down.

ALL BOOKINGS:

Every booking includes the photobooth unit itself, a variety of dress up items and props suitable to your audience to utilise for the duration of your event, plus digital images sent to you after your event which include each layout montage photo (a collaboration of all the photos taken in each session), each individual photo taken throughout the event in all sessions, and a GIF of each individual session.  High speed instant printing services are included with adult booth bookings, with your choice of how many printed copies for each photo session so nobody misses out on taking the memory home with them.

BACKDROPS:

A backdrop is an optional inclusion meaning you can save on costs if you ​would prefer to not have one included, or provide one yourself.

You can select from a variety of traditional backdrops available, or opt to use a greenscreen backdrop allowing you to use digital images from our selections OR provide your own. A greenscreen is a wonderful option to allow different backdrops for each photo, or if your party has a specific theme.
