RELIABILITY AND GUARANTEE OF SERVICE:
We ensure to arrive extra early at all of our bookings in case of unexpected delays such as heavy traffic. This means we aim to arrive roughly one hour in advance even though the equipment setup only takes roughly half that time. We also work on the principle that we only receive full payment for providing a full service to you that you are happy with. In the extremely unlikely event that we are unable to provide our services for any reason (including if you cancel your event for an unexpected cause) you will receive a full refund and no cancellation penalties. |

FLEXIBILITY OF INCLUSIONS:
When booking a photobooth, often there are set inclusions such as how many hours of service you are provided and what the package includes. We provide flexibility by having a standard booking include up to 3 hours use and then you can add additional time if you choose. We also have the option to include a backdrop with your booking, or you can utilise the service with no backdrop or simply provide your own. These options allow you to make selections for your ideal amount of service time in the event that you don't want a photobooth for the entire length of your function, and allow you to save on costs if you are working within a budget. It's always nice to be given choices! |
